These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WELLMELT.

  • Monetization tools and marketplace features

  • Content creation studio and publishing tools

User Accounts

Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

All content, features, and functionality of our platform are owned by WELLMELT and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Content

Our platform may contain content from third parties. We are not responsible for such content and do not endorse or assume any responsibility for third-party content.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Payment Terms

WELLMELT provides two distinct paid services, and different terms apply to each: (1) Membership (Subscription) Services, where WELLMELT is the direct seller of its own digital features, and (2) the Marketplace Service, where WELLMELT acts only as an intermediary between member sellers and buyers. Payments, refunds, and responsibilities for the two services are handled separately and never mixed.

1. Membership (Subscription) Services

  • Premium subscription fees are charged by WELLMELT as the direct provider of the subscribed digital features (AI tools, usage limits, etc.).
  • Subscription fees, billing cycles, and cancellation terms are displayed at the time of purchase. Refunds for subscriptions follow the Refund Policy section for membership services.
  • Subscription payments are unrelated to the Marketplace — subscribing does not affect marketplace orders, and marketplace activity does not affect your subscription.

2. Marketplace Service (Intermediary Service)

  • WELLMELT is an online marketplace intermediary and is not a party to transactions between sellers and buyers. Each seller — not WELLMELT — is responsible for their product listings, product quality, delivery, and legal obligations arising from the sale.
  • Marketplace payments are processed by a licensed electronic payment provider (PG). WELLMELT does not receive or hold buyers' payments; funds are held by the payment provider and released to the seller only after the buyer confirms receipt (purchase confirmation).
  • Buyers may cancel with a full refund before the item ships. After delivery, the order is automatically confirmed 7 days after the delivery date unless the buyer confirms or raises an issue earlier.
  • Sellers must complete payout registration (identity and bank account verification) before selling paid products, and a platform service fee is deducted from each payout. Sellers are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from their sales.
  • Transactions arranged or paid outside the platform's payment system (direct wire transfers, in-person cash deals, external links, etc.) are not protected, and WELLMELT assumes no responsibility for them.

Fees and Charges

All fees are clearly displayed before purchase. We reserve the right to change our pricing and platform fee rates at any time with notice.

Refund rules differ between membership services and marketplace orders. See our Refund Policy page for the applicable rules of each service.

Disclaimer for User Errors in Monetary Transactions

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WELLMELT is not liable for losses caused by a user's own mistake, negligence, or breach of these Terms in connection with payments, orders, or payouts, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong product, quantity, or option, or entering incorrect delivery or contact information;
  • A seller registering an incorrect or third-party payout account, or failing to keep payout information up to date (payouts made to the registered account are deemed validly made);
  • Failing to cancel within the cancellable window, or failing to inspect the item and raise an issue before purchase confirmation (including automatic confirmation after the stated period);
  • Payments, transfers, or deals made outside the platform's official payment system, or losses caused by sharing account credentials with others;
  • Disputes between buyers and sellers regarding product quality, authenticity, delivery, or after-sales service — such disputes must be resolved primarily between the transacting parties, though WELLMELT may assist in good faith.

This disclaimer does not exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability arising from WELLMELT's own willful misconduct or gross negligence, and does not affect consumers' statutory rights under the Electronic Commerce Consumer Protection Act and related laws of the Republic of Korea.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance or updates.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WELLMELT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and data.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect after termination.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WELLMELT operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through our platform or by email. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
